 Development Team Leader (Hands on)

SureVisit is an emerging startup that has developed technology to scale search engine lead generation for small businesses by removing the need for consultants or extensive technical experience.

We partner with small business facing digital service providers and operators to enable them to provide their small business customers a solution that is within reach of their resources.

We are looking for a hands-on team leader to join our growing R&D Team. 

The company is located in the Diamond Exchange area of Ramat Gan (approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the central train station).

Responsibilities – Job description

The team leader will report directly to the VP R&D and is responsible for the timely delivery of quality product releases.

The team leader will:

•          Play a major part in the architecture, design and implementation of our high-scalability servers.
•          Contribute to the design and implementation of our web clients, on ASP.NET MVC.
•          Be responsible for day to day code reviews and supervision of team members’ tasks, as well as employee training and development.
•          Work closely with the VP R&D on task scheduling and coordination between research, development and QA.

Requirements 

•          BSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering (University only).
•          At least 50% hands on, combined with managing a team.
•          Excellent interpersonal skills.
•          7+ years of development experience (including 2 years of team leading in startup or similarly dynamic and intense environment).
•          In-depth knowledge of .NET technologies
•          Database experience, in RDBMS and NoSQL solutions (Hadoop, Couchbase…)
•          Experience with web technologies: Javascript, ASP.NET MVC, JQuery
•          Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
•          Experience writing detailed requirements and design specifications.
•          Experience working on scalable multi-user platforms
